Services: Online training modules and certification services for early years educators.
Content: Course material, videos, quizzes, certificates, and all resources made available through the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase and complete our training modules.
To access courses, users must create an account using accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to:
· Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
· Do not copy, resell, or distribute our course content.
· Refrain from uploading malicious software, offensive content, or unauthorized material.
· Users are expected to interact respectfully in all course-related communications. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language will result in account suspension.
· Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
· Users can browse, select, and pay for courses through our secure online payment system.
· Once payment is completed, you will be granted access to the course and its materials.
· Upon successful completion, a digital certificate will be issued in your name.
· All course purchases are final. Refunds are not issued.
· Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate payments or platform malfunctions, at our sole discretion.
· Certificates must reflect the genuine completion of the course by the user. Misuse or falsification may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities or employers.
All training materials, videos, text, graphics, and certificates are the property of Generation Z or its licensors. Users may not copy, share, or reproduce any part of the content without written consent.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data will only be used to deliver the services you’ve enrolled in and will not be sold or shared with third parties. For full details, see our
Users are responsible for ensuring stable internet access and compatible devices. We are not liable for incomplete training due to technical issues on the user's side.
Generation Z is not liable for:
· Loss of data or course progress due to technical issues
· Any academic or career consequences resulting from the use of our courses
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the most recent course.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Upon termination, access to the platform and course history may be revoked without refund.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the platform and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
Regardless of the user’s country of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
